2.1 Age Requirement. The mcity888 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. mcity888 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily established.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The mcity888 Platform is operated and marketed primarily for users in Malaysia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. mcity888 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or through intermediaries — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within those accounts.
2.4 KYC Verification. mcity888 is required under its international gaming authority licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current identification documentation upon request. Withdrawal processing requires completed KYC verification. Providing false or misleading documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Account Information. You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current. mcity888 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mcity888 login username and password. mcity888 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify mcity888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. mcity888 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to promptly report a security incident.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. 4.1 Accepted Methods. mcity888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Platform at all times.
4.2 Currency. All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified on the Platform. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at time of receipt.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. These thresholds may be adjusted at mcity888's discretion; current thresholds are displayed on the Platform.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the verified account holder's name. mcity888 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will not be processed where there is a pending investigation into account activity.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You must not deposit funds from payment accounts belonging to a third party. If third-party funds are detected, mcity888 reserves the right to freeze the account, void any associated bets or winnings, and return funds to their source pending investigation.
4.6 Fees. mcity888 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for verified accounts using standard payment methods. Cryptocurrency transactions may incur network fees charged by the relevant blockchain, which are borne by the Member.
5.1 General. mcity888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and expiry periods.
5.2 One Bonus Per Member. Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. mcity888 reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility if abuse is suspected.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until requirements are satisfied. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Pending bonuses or active wagering requirements may restrict withdrawals. mcity888 will notify you of any such restriction through the account interface.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the mcity888 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
6.2 Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. mcity888 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error has been made in the pricing of a market, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a gaming session, mcity888 will use its best efforts to resolve the session in a fair manner based on available data. Bets already accepted and confirmed are binding. mcity888 shall not be liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the Member's side.
6.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you wish to dispute a game outcome or bet settlement, you must submit the dispute to mcity888 support within 72 hours of the relevant settlement. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcity888 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
All content on the mcity888 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, text, and audio-visual material — is the property of mcity888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from mcity888.
9.1 The mcity888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcity888 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
9.2 mcity888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if mcity888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 mcity888's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mcity888 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10.1 By mcity888. mcity888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) the account is involved in or associated with fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) the Member is determined to be under the age of 21; (d) a regulatory requirement demands such action; or (e) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
10.2 Closure of Dormant Accounts. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before such fees are applied. Any remaining balance after fees will be returned to the Member's verified payment method upon written request.
10.3 By the Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting mcity888 support via live chat. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and a final withdrawal must be requested for any remaining balance. Self-excluded accounts may not be reopened during the self-exclusion period.
